I'm a person that believes in holistic living, that everything in life and in work is interconnected. If a student does not prepare for an upcoming exam, the most likely result is failure. In the same fashion, if someone at work does not understand or have the capabilities to perform their role on a project team, the whole team is bottlenecked and the project stalls. These anecdotes exemplify interconnected actions and results. I live by this thesis, in my personal life and in my work: ultimately, actions have consequences, and you can often understand the outcomes, and the why, through data, inference, and similar historical events.
